Sunset Mesa is a track development in which several
of the homes have ocean views. This area is located off of the famous
Pacific Coast Highway. Nice wide streets characterize the area. Half
of this section is considered Malibu; therefore being considered part
of the Malibu schood district. This area ranges between $600,000 and
