Brentwood
This
neighborhood south of San Vicente Blvd and North of Wilshire Blvd.
is probably the most affordable section of Brentwood. It had been
characterized by smaller homes, however, more and more of them are
being remodeled or replaced with lovely estates. South Brentwood has
a wonderful neighborhood association and a real sense of community.
The prices in this neighborhood range from around $450,000 to around
